Sophie’s legacy
Meals
Charlotte is mum to three gorgeous girls. Tragically, her daughter Sophie developed cancer at the age of 9 and passed away aged 10.
Creating Change | Sophie’s Legacy
After Sophie’s passing, her mum Charlotte has continued to work tirelessly to achieve everything on Sophie’s bucket list – she even recently met the King!
We asked what meals Sophie would have liked to have been offered. The food she was given was so poor that she refused to eat it and was instead fed through a tube. Imagine the food being so bad that a child would rather have a tube inserted – this should NEVER happen, yet it did.
Sophie loved her Mexican food – so we’ve introduced a Piri Piri Chicken with Mexican Rice in her honour, along with Dirty Rice (a new one for Kay!).
A lovely Chilli with Rice and Wedges is also available, along with a vegetarian option of Veggie Chilli, Rice and Wedges.
We’re also working on more of Sophie’s favourites – Fajitas and Asian Noodles (but that’s top secret!).
While we can’t fulfil everything on Sophie’s list, we can support her legacy. Each meal sold generates a donation to her charity.
